How long until it runs?
Build and installation dates follow the chosen concept and are written into your offer.
How long is our line down?
As short as we can make it. The cell is built and tested in our shop before it travels, and installation is planned around your shifts. Your offer states the downtime in days.
Our products change all the time.
That is the case we design for. Vision-guided cells take new products without retooling, and we test your hardest products before you sign.
We have no robotics staff.
You don't need any. We train your operators and maintenance team and stay for service. Your team runs the line from the panels.
Which robot brands do you use?
Any. We choose by your requirements, or design to your plant's standard brands if you have them.
How do we involve the works council?
Early. We show the concept and the new roles at the panels before the decision, and training is part of every delivery.
Who services the cell?
In our home region we do it ourselves; elsewhere in Europe a service partner on site.
